This house needs a bit more help than usual, but it will still become a Haven Home. Someone else had already started to work on it when we got it, so at least some of the demo was done. Now we just need to rebuild it, starting with a new roof, redoing the siding and adding a French drain in the basement to keep it dry and usable, even though we are moving the laundry up to the first floor. New first floor powder room, kitchen and living area. The upstairs will get a new bathroom and reconfigured three bedrooms. The house will also have new windows, electric, plumbing and Hvac.
